The Better Bottle Racking Adapter is used with the SimpleFlo valve to transfer beer or wine by draining from a spigot instead of starting a siphon. The internal racking arm can be rotated on its Teflon-encapsulated o-rings and washers inside the Better Bottle to minimize the transfer of yeast and sediment.   Great if you prefer to ferment on a shelf because you will no longer need to move your Better Bottles to a location that requires headspace for a racking cane.
