Often preferred to plastic buckets/carboys due to their resistance to scratching and that they do not break down over time.  Glass carboys can last for a very long time if handled properly.  (The entire love2brew staff still has their first!)  Use a #6.5 Drilled Rubber Stopper (CB009) or a Carboy Bung (CB030) for sealing.                                                                            Note:  This product is not eligible for free shipping.
