Ambrosia is a busy beer to begin with, but don't let that stop your innovation. Try adding a blend of zested citrus (oranges, lemons, limes, etc.) to the secondary as well. More citrus will give you a bigger pop of flavor and aroma - be sure to avoid the pith!
