If you're brewing a Wee Heavy you already understand the phrase "Go big or go home!". My advice, take it up a notch! Soak 2 oz. American Oak Chips in 16 oz. Bourbon for 48 hours. Add both Bourbon and cubes to secondary and age for 1-3 weeks to taste.
Wee Heavies are a sipping beer for the discerning palette. We recommend small samplings of rich finger foods such as aged cheddar or dark chocolate. If the Braveheart is your dessert try pairing it with your favorite cigar!
