Adding Coffee to an IPA requires the right kind of IPA - Collabruation is it. Use fresh coffee beans (do not grind) and add 3 oz. to the Secondary Fermenter for 7 days. The raw beans add a distinct fruity berry note to the beer that blends well with the sweet fruit flavors from El Dorado hops.
Broccoli Cheddar soup is incredibily simple and extremely delicious. Add the Collabruation Rye IPA to the pot and it gets even better. Cook this recipe with the Collabruation - you will thank me later.
