Craft Meister Alkaline Brewery Wash is a professional grade caustic cleaner that is not harsh on your skin or hands. Alkaline Brewery Wash will dissolve quickly in both warm and cold water and is great at quickly breaking down heavy soils. Great for removing bottle labels and soaking items overnight for easy next-day cleanup. Do not soak Aluminum overnight. Use on glass, plastic, stainless steel, works in hot and cold water, and rinses freely without a chalky build-up.

The difference between Alkaline and Oxygen based cleaners is the length of time the cleaner continues to work. Alkaline cleaner will continues to break down dirt and grime longer than Oxygen Cleaners which stops cleaning as soon as the Oxygen degrades. If you often clean with overnight soaks Alkaline cleanser is a great option for you.

For Fermenters, fittings, bottles, and tubing using 1 oz. (2 scoops) per gallon of water.

For Kettles or heavy duty grime use 2 oz. (4 scoops) per gallon water. For soaking let sit on grime for 20 minutes and then rinse.
