Adding 1 lb. of Honey at flameout when brewing this beer and stir well. The honey will ferment and dry out the beer, creating a dryer mouthfeel typical for traditional Saisons but the flavor profile will still have the malty complexity of the Dark Rye! It's a great way to experience this beer!
The malty, robust flavor of our Dark Rye Saison is a nice pairing with fried snacks such as Onion Rings, French Fries, Chicken Fingers, and whatever other fried snacks you enjoy!
