German Hull Melon is a recently released hop (2012) that has become incredibly popular due to its flavor and aromatic properties. When used in late additions this hop can produce unique Honeydew Melon and Strawberry flavors. Because of its growing popularity the industry has not yet been able to meet the growing production needs of brewers and homebrewers alike.
