Imperial Stouts are incredibly complex beers on their own, but that never stopped us from having fun with new ideas. Age this beer on 1 oz. of Cocoa Nibs, 2 oz. chopped/dried Ancho chilies, and 1 oz. of Cinnamon sticks for a spicy twist! Sample prior to bottling and add more spice if desired.
