Take 8 oz. of 100% Bakers Cocoa (be sure that there is no added sugar), chop it up into blocks, and add it to the boil during the last 15 minutes. Be sure to stir very well so as not to scorch it. This beer is awesome as-is, but the chocolate addition just takes it to the next level!
