One of the latest "Wonder Hops" Mosaic was formerly known as HBC 369 and is a cross breed of Simcoe and Nugget. Mosaic is used mainly for aroma and flavor additions as it produces a complex array of tropical fruit, floral, and berry notes that are unique to this hop. Drinking a well done Mosaic IPA (Check out our Juice Box Rye IPA) can be akin to drinking a glass of juice.
