Our Mositra IPA is bursting with citrus flavor, but sometimes bursting just is not enough. Try adding 2 lbs. of diced, dried apricots to the secondary fermentor and aging for 2-4 weeks on top of it. If you want to save time and money our Natural Apricot Extract does an awesome job too!
Since our Mositra IPA is so juicy for such a small beer we like to pair it with something with a little kick. Thai food, spicy nachos, and/or spicy Italian Meals are pair incredibly well with the Mositra Session IPA!
