The Oceania Pale Ale is a incredibly hoppy pale ale drawing a unique citrus profile from the Galaxy/Nelson combo. Last summer I hosted a party where I brewed the Oceania but added 1 lb. of toasted Coconut Shreds (toast for 15-20 minutes) to the secondary and aged it for two weeks. The coconut flavor adds a whole new dimension to this down under Pale Ale, everyone loved it!
