Bocks are known for their aggressively malt forward flavor profile, cold brewed coffee has a rich coffee flavor without the bitterness. Add 3 oz. Coffee Grinds to 21 oz. of water and let soak for 24 hours. Filter and add at bottling. The coffee will add depth while not overwhelming the Traditional Bock maltiness.
