Waimea hops are a dual purpose hop that has a high Alpha Acidity making it great for bittering high ABV beers as well as a very distinct aroma/flavor profile. Produces a unique Citrus, Tangelo, and Pine aroma and flavor when used in later additions. Originally bred in New Zealand this is a unique hop that would be a great choice if you're looking to try something totally different than what you've brewed with before. Due to their limited release and new availability we are only able to offer 1 oz. packages at this time.
