This yeast provides a distinctly British style character that is slightly fruity with a hint of sulfur production. Whitbread Ale yeast may be used for a number of different beer styles but the most traditional choices would be English Style ales including milds, bitters, porters, and English style Stouts. Some North American styles would also benefit from use. Will clear very easily.
