Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Return Policy

Here at love2brew your satisfaction is our main priority.  If for any reason you feel the need to return a product please let us know by contacting us personally (toll free) at 1.888.654.5511 or by emailing us at support@love2brew.com to have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number provided to you.  All items are accepted for returns within 30 days of original purchase and require the original invoice/receipt with the shipment.  love2brew will refund any purchase in the form of a direct refund, or if you prefer, store credit.  All refunds paid will be less the shipping costs.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with return items with the exception of an error on the part of love2brew.  If you have an issue with an item that costs less than $10 please contact us directly as we would prefer to work something our rather than the two parties pay more in shipping than the item is worth.
