Floor-Malted Bohemian Pilsner (Weyermann)

This Bohemian Pilsner malt is prepared using a traditional Bohemian malting process where it is turned and raked by hand in a floor malting facility. This creates a somewhat under modified malt with unique flavor additions to your brew. The premium choice for a true Bohemian Pilsner beer and many other styles as well. Note that due to the under modification some adjustments may need to be made to your brewing process such as a step mash and a longer boil.
